All alcoholic beverages are sold in Florida and title passes to the buyer in Florida. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside Florida. Therefore 7% Florida sales tax has to be charged on all orders.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverage is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

We ship fine wine within the State of Florida and to the following states:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, NY, OH, OR, SC, VA, WA, WV WY
Please Note: We do not ship spirits outside the State of Florida. To place your order for spirits within Florida, please call us at 305-274-4547

Delivery
Kendall FineWine Spirits offers delivery services to our local customers in the Miami area, including Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach and the Lower Keys. Please call us at 305.274.4547 for personalized service.
Delivery in Southwest Miami and Kendall area is free for orders over $250. Delivery will be made on Thursday. Please make sure somebody is there to receive the order.

Kendall FineWineSpirits assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather conditions. We strongly advise FedEx overnight shipping during summer months or we can hold your wine until the weather permits. We can hold it for 60 days.
